Description The Amtrak project started in late 2000. The site launched sucessfully in August 2001. Christian was assigned to the project temporarily as the lead architect a week before launch. For about 3 weeks, he helped out hands-on with performance issues, bug fixes, data clean-up and other DBA tasks during post-launch support. Most of this work was done by writing and changing Open Market XML scripts and Oracle Transact scripts.
