Turnaround Time

The Data Warehouse recognizes different types of turnaround time:

Requested Turnaround Time The time difference in business days between the RFP-Received Date and the Due Date.
Effective Turnaround Time The time difference in business days between the RFP-Received Date and the end date of the latest underwriting Activity (the rates were released to the Rep the last time).
Effective Turnaround Time (to Proposal) The time difference in business days between the RFP-Received Date and the End Date of the Proposal was released to the Rep the last time).
Activity Turnaround Time The time difference in business days between the day an Activity was assigned to a person and the day it was finished.
