The Coverage Activity by RRAC Person report is a
simple list of active Cases and their Coverages by RRAC Person. At
the end of each RRAC Person's list, there is a Coverage Summary with
totals by Profit Center.
Active Cases are Cases in which at least one Coverage Group does
not have an Outcome code. However, all Coverages are
listed.
Table of
Contents
The Table of Contents is a simple list of RRAC
Persons and does not have expansion capabilities.
Report Detail
The
list shows a Case and its Coverages. Each Case is identified by the Sponsor
name.
The
list of all Coverages for a Case is directly under the Sponsor name.
The
Plan Design with the lowest premium is selected for Coverage reports. If
there are several Plan Designs with the same premium, the system selects the
one with the highest number of lives.
Status of the Case
simply means the current Activity of the Coverage Group that is least advanced in the
process (has the lowest sequence number).
In fact, there should be no difference
between Due Date and Effective Date for Coverages within the same Coverage
Group. The Distributor on the report is the name of the individual
Distributor assigned to the Case. However, if there is no individual
Distributor, the name of the firm that is assigned to the Case is the lead
Distributor.

Person, broken down into hot and standard Coverages by Product Profit
Center.
