Overview

The Tracking reports track underwriting productivity in the RRAC. The following Tracking reports are available:

• Underwriting Tracking
  Coverage Groups by Profit Center, RRAC person and month (for a rolling 12-month period), comparing Group Offices. The number of Coverage Groups is broken down by end result.
  
  
• Coverage Group Tracking
  Coverage Groups by Profit Center and month (for a rolling 12-month period), comparing Group Offices. The number of Coverage Groups is broken down by end result.
  
  
• Plan Design Tracking
  Plan Designs by Profit Center, Product Line and month (for a rolling 12-month period), comparing Group Offices. The number of Plan Designs is broken down by end result.

Report Detail

Office  A list of all Group Offices from which Coverage Groups1 were received in a particular month.

Rec'd  The number of Coverage Groups1 that were received from an office in a month, and the total for all offices (RFP-Received Date).

DTQ'd  The number of Coverage Groups1 that were declined in an office in which their RFP-Received Date was the same month, as well as a total for all offices. A Coverage Group is declined if its Outcome code is set to DTQ.            

DTQ'd:Rec'd  The percentage of Coverage Groups1 received in a month that have an Outcome code DTQ.

Quoted  The number of Coverage Groups1 that were received in a month (RPF-Received Date) and were in the Quote Activity at least once since then.

Requot'd  The number of Coverage Groups1 that were received in a month (RPF-Received Date) and were in the Requote Activity at least once since then.

Sold  The number of Coverage Groups1 received in a month for which commitment was received for at least one Plan Design.

Sold:Quoted  The percentage of Coverage Groups1 sold out of all the quoted Coverage Groups1 that were received in a month.
