Overview

The Missing Information Trend reports allow the user to monitor trends in the number of Coverage Groups that are missing information, and out of those, the number of Coverage Groups that receive information. There are two different reports of this type:

• by Market Segment and Region
• by Profit Center and Region

Both reports show monthly sums for the current year. The relevant date for the aggregation depends on the end result of the Coverage Group:

• For quotes, it is the day when rates were released to the Rep.
• For re-quotes, it is the last day that rates were released to the Rep.
• For DTQ's, it is the day the DTQ Letter was delivered (the end date of the Deliver DTQ Letter Activity).

Only Coverage Groups with an end result are registered.

Table of Contents

Both reports have summary pages for market segment (Profit Center). They can be viewed by double-clicking on the outline nodes on the Table of Contents. At the detail level it is possible to compare regions.

Report Detail

In this example, for Cases in January in the North East region, requests for missing information were sent for a total of 2 Coverage Groups in this market segment (large market).

For 2 Coverage Groups out of those, missing information was received.

A total number of 11 Coverage Groups was processed.
