The On Time Quote Matrix reports compare requested and actual turnaround time for Coverage Groups that had rates released to the Rep in a given period of time. The period of time can be

Therefore, nine individual reports of this type are available in the Encyclopedia.

Coverage Groups that have never been quoted are not included in this report.

The On Time Quote Matrix report by Office and Region has summaries for regions. To display the report for a region, double-click on the region node in the Table of Contents. To show the report for an office only, click on the office node.
The other two reports -- by End Result and by Profit Center -- don't have any expansion capabilities.

Let's look at the x-axis first. The innermost frame (right below the # days turnaround requested) shows the bands for the requested turnaround time that are used as buckets for the aggregation. "0" means that those Coverage Groups were received and due on the same day.

The frame above the description text shows the percentages of Coverage Groups in each bucket, and the outermost frame shows the numbers. In this example, 10 Coverage Groups were received and due on the same day, which is 8.47% of all Coverage Groups received.
The y-axis shows the actual (or effective) numbers. However, the buckets here are defined for the number of days that a Coverage Group was not on time to the Due Date. Rates released on the Due Date means that they were on time. In this example, 23 Coverage Groups were completed on time.
The number of Coverage Groups with rates released on time is 2 out of 10 Coverage Groups received with 0 days requested turnaround time. 6 Coverage Groups were between 1 and 3 days late, and 2 Coverage Groups were 15 or more days late. 
10 Coverages were received with a requested turnaround time between 8 and 14 days. 4 out of those were 8 to 14 days early; 5 were 4 to 7 days early; 1 one was 15 or more days late.
35 Coverage Groups out of 41 with a requested turnaround time between 4 and 7 days were early; 1 was on time; 5 were 15 or more days late.
