Overview

The Activity Turnaround report shows the number of Coverage Groups that had Activities with a turnaround time of 0-8 or 9 or more days, broken down by Activity name. The report lists Activities for RRAC Persons only.

Any completed Activity will register, regardless of the status of the Coverage Group. Monthly totals are available for a rolling 12-month period. The summary for Profit Centers always shows the total for the last 12 months.

Report Detail

These are the Activities that occurred in the time frame you are reviewing (either one month or the last 12 months). This example is the summary report for a Profit Center. The significant date is the date when the Activity was assigned to a person.

These are the numbers of Activities (or the numbers of Coverage Groups with Activities) that were turned around in a given number of days. Turnaround time does not include weekends or holidays. A turnaround time of 0 means that the activity was finished on the same day it was assigned.
